Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase (only if it falls in the given criteria):
You can cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase by writing to us at mail@carltronsportswear.in for your prepaid order. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and you will get a confirmation email.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account after deducting 2% of the total amount, i.e the payment gateway fee with 4-5 working days
Repeated cancellations of orders might lead to barring of order delivery to the customer completely.
We need you to understand that on the basis of your consent written/ verbal we place the order with the brand, thus cancelling the order by you after 24 hours is over is a double loss of revenue for us.
In such a case we need a written email from you stating the order number and the reason for cancellation.
In situations where the customer is not available to receive the deliveries and the shipment is returned only the product price shall be refunded!

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On average, it takes us about 5 – 10 business days to ship goods out of our warehouses across India. However, if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order.
